Tarotia (the "App", "we", "our", "us") is operated by [ 謝伯旻 XIE BO MIN ]. This policy explains how we handle your information. Short version: your draw history, bookmarks, and usage records stay only on your device — they never reach our servers.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

The App does not require account registration and does not ask for personal details.

The only text you may enter is the optional "question" field in Yes/No readings and certain spreads. This text is sent to Google Cloud's Vertex AI service to generate the tarot interpretation (see Section 2.1). Please do not include any personal identifiers (such as full name, phone number, address, government ID, etc.) in your question.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Draw history, bookmarks, quota counters: Stored locally on your device (iOS NSUserDefaults / Android SharedPreferences). We cannot access this data.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID): If you grant permission via iOS App Tracking Transparency, or if you have not opted out of personalized advertising on Android, AdMob may use this identifier to serve personalized ads. If you decline, we will still serve non-personalized ads.
• Device integrity verification token: Firebase App Check uses Apple DeviceCheck (iOS) or Google Play Integrity (Android) to generate short-lived tokens for backend abuse prevention. These tokens contain no personal data.
• Subscription information: Handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment information (credit card numbers, etc.) — only the subscription status (active, expiry date).

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

• Name, email, phone number, address, or other personally identifiable information
• Location data
• Contacts / photo library
• Microphone / camera access
• Health / fitness data
